PR: Media types in 2010 and 2011 by Admosphere
With the January report of data for 2011, Admosphere clarified and amended the aggregate pricelist value of published advertising in all media types.
PR: Google+ is still not closing the gap to Facebook
Facebook dominates the Czech community pool. Besides Facebook, the only ones with year to year increase were ČSFD, LinkedIn and Google +. The last mentioned have not got enough strength yet to measure with the big ones. Native Czech sites sleep on the bottom and Twitter remains small and no feeding from media or commercial entities helps them. That is the result of the study “Community websites 2011”, carried out by MEDIARESEARCH. The data were collected at the end of last year on a sample of 1298 respondents on the online panel, NetPanel.
PR December shuffled the order of online advertisers
In December 2011 the buyers of Internet display advertising used advertising space in the amount of 383 million CZK according to the list of prices value. Month-to-month decrease of expenditures was of 27.8 million CZK. The leader in December was Internet Mall that purchased Internet advertising worth of 12.6 million CZK. PR Admosphere: Telephone companies advertise about 6% less
Telephone companies on the Czech market have advertised less than in 2010. Advertising in the largest price-list amount bought Telefónica Czech Republic. Mediamix of telephone companies have not changed year on year, the operators advertise across the entire spectrum of media. The data come from the monitoring of advertising investments by Admosphere.
PR Czech Internet audience in September stagnated
Internet servers participating in the project NetMonitor were visited by 5.89 million users in the CR in September. Users displayed 6.7 billion web sites. Czech Internet audience from August to September stagnated and measured data for September 2011 are the lowest in the past 5 years.
PR Investments in display advertising in September 2011
In September 2011, more than 400 million CZK in price-list prices have been invested into the online display advertising. Month-on-month increase in investments from August to September was of 129.5 million CZK (47.7%). The leader is Tchibo, that purchased Internet advertising in the amount of 12.7 million CZK. The data come from the project AdMonitoring, which MEDIARESEARCH carries out for the Association of Internet Advertising.
