According to the Lifestyle Survey of children in age of 4 to 14 years (LSS Children), carried out by Mediaresearch for ATO, the share of time dedicated to TV and Internet has increased in comparison to the other media and to the year 2008. Parents control more the media consumption of their children. Three fourths of parents control what their children consume in the media and how much time they spend with it.

PR Households in Sušicko resolve the digitalization by DVBT and satellite transmission

The main information source about the digitalization of television broadcasting is the TV. It was also confirmed by March phase of Monitoring of digitalization in Sušicko, which was carried out in March 2010 in the Klatovy region on the representative sample of 221 households. Comparison of results with last year questioning in the same region (in January 2009 after the analogue switch off of ČT2 and start of new DVBT) shows that the households resolved the situation mainly by changing to satellite or DVBT.

Internet users are happy to shop online, they spend tens of thousands CZK a year

Mediaresearch carried out a research in the area of on-line shopping for the Association for Electronic Commerce (APEK). Most of the Internet population already shopped on-line and is happy with it. Half of the people shop on the Internet at least once a quarter. Division of the expenses for shopping in last year are quite balanced. Total of 1023 respondents of the Internet netpanel were questioned in March and April 2010.

The reason for it is lower number of days in month and the spring holidays.
