PR Social networks – the hatchery of advert consuments
The second part of the netpanel omnibus research from May 2009 examined the possibilities of marketing options in social networks. This part of the survey dealt with more commercially aimed topic. The research was finding out the attitudes of participants to share the information about brands, products and services, membership in brand sympathizing groups, attitudes to Internet advertisement in social networks, etc.

In May 2009 Mediaresearch carried out extensive netpanel omnibus research focused on social networking and its marketing utilization. In its basic part we enquired about the characteristics of users, frequency of their visits and other activities in social networks.
Will online video bring online broadcasting?
In May 2009 Mediaresearch carried out netpanel omnibus research monitoring current trends in the field of videoservers in CR. Survey was finding out the usual content, users behaviour and Internet population activities connected with the online video. In relation to this topic we were also finding out the advertisment attitudes of the Internet population.
PR Prague & Central Bohemia after analogue broadcast switch-off
92 % of Prague and Central Bohemian TV households receive the digital video broadcasting from the Prague-city transmitter after the analogue switch-off. Only 8 % of the inhabitants were reliant on the analogue TV broadcasting (terrestrial or cable) in May 2009 in these regions.
PR Internet audience according to the age groups
The end of the month brings again the new statistics of the Czech Internet. This time we take a look at the audience data from the May 2009 by the age groups of the Internet users. What categories of the servers teenagers and their grandparents visit? This question was answered by the sociodemgraphic comparison.
PR April year by year comparison of NetMonitor statistics
The NetMonitor project statistics from April according to the old methodology shows farther year by year growths. The main effect of these growths is caused by increase in number of the servers measured in this project and growth of the Czech Internet population. The most watched indicator - real users has grown unevenly on working days and on weekends. We have also compared the difference of growth between other indicators of the Czech Internet audience.
