Community users perceive company profiles on community websites entirely positively. Two fifths of the respondents agree that it is a good idea how to address the users. People want to share their own experiences and manifest their favour. Strong motive is also the advantages if they are apparently related to the membership. 524 Internet respondents older than 15 years participated in this study.
